Water supplies 'Allar has several springs which used to supply the inhabitants with fresh water including 'Ayn al-Tannur.

According to the Palestinian historian Walid Khalidi, the village remaining structures on the village land are:
"Stone rubble, concrete blocks and slabs, and steel bars litter the site, together with the remains of stone terraces and walls. One domed stone structure, the former school building, still stands."
